COST ESTIMATOR
La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno dell’Ufficio Tecnico di una realtà solida e strutturata, specializzata nella realizzazione di opere edili e infrastrutture complesse .
L’obiettivo del ruolo è quello di gestire in autonomia le attività di preventivazione tecnica ed economica , supportando la partecipazione alle gare d’appalto e contribuendo allo sviluppo di processi integrati di gestione tecnico-economica delle commesse.
Redigere preventivi tecnici ed economici per gare pubbliche e private, in collaborazione con la Direzione Tecnica.
Analizzare documentazione tecnica, computi e capitolati per la definizione dei costi di progetto.
Collaborare con i reparti tecnici e amministrativi per il monitoraggio dei costi e dell’avanzamento delle commesse.
Gestire la documentazione tecnica e amministrativa relativa alle gare.
Effettuare, se necessario, brevi sopralluoghi in cantiere per la raccolta di informazioni tecniche utili alla preventivazione.
Laurea in Ingegneria Edile o Civile , oppure Diploma Tecnico o Geometra .
Esperienza minima di 2 anni nel ruolo di preventivista, tecnico gare o posizione analoga nel settore edile o impiantistico.
Buona conoscenza di AutoCAD 2D/3D .
Ottima padronanza di Excel e buona dimestichezza con strumenti di analisi economico-finanziaria.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese .
