The Role of the General Accountant Assistant/Specialist: • Support daily accounting entries and general ledger activities; • Assist in month-end and year-end closing with team support; • Help with reconciliations and financial statement closing; • Coordinate with external accounting and tax advisors on VAT / CIT filings, under guidance; • Support VAT and withholding tax (F24) filing and payment follow-up; • Assist with INTRASTAT and Eco Tax documentation; • Support daily operation of the E-invoice system; • Assist with internal and external audits; • Prepare basic financial data and reports as requested by the manager or HQ. Qualifications: • 2-5 years of accounting or finance experience (GL / AP / AR background welcome); • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or related fields; • Basic knowledge of Italian accounting and tax processes, willing to learn; • Good Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus (SAP preferred); • Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset; • Working proficiency in English and Italian; Mandarin is a plus.
