Responsabilità previste dal ruolo:

  • Offre assistenza sugli applicativi in caso di errori, mal funzionamento di programma o richieste di parametrizzazione;
  • Offre assistenza agli operatori del deposito per problematiche software (SW), o per problematiche al gestionale di magazzino (WMS).
  • Offre assistenza di primo livello (L1) con possibilità di escalation in base al grado di urgenza individuato;
  • Organizza interventi di manutenzione su impianti ed automazione interfacciandosi con i fornitori esterni;
  • Analizza le esigenze operative e fornisce supporto tecnico ai reparti operativi per l’attuazione o miglioramento di nuovi processi;
  • Produce la documentazione necessaria utile alla richiesta di nuovi sviluppi;
  • Si interfaccia con il team di sviluppo, ed esegue test di funzionamento sul gestionale di magazzino (WMS) per nuove procedure;
  • Segue il rilascio in produzione di nuove funzionalità, verificando il corretto funzionamento di queste.
  • Redige la documentazione procedurale per gli operatori di magazzino (guida utente, procedure flussi, ...)
  • Si occupa della formazione del personale (interno ed esterno) su nuove procedure o funzionalità;
  • Gestisce i ticket per il bug fixing e per nuove implementazioni;
  • Supporta il team di maintenance per la risoluzione dei problemi;
  • Si interfaccia col cliente per nuove richieste o segnalazione di problematiche (aggiungere dettagli – perimetro)


Conoscentze e competenze

  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office 365 e dimestichezza /passione per tematiche IT;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza pregressa sulla posizione;
  • Conoscenze di ambiente Windows client/server;
  • Conoscenza di Networking;
  • Conoscenza e capacità operative su database MS SQL/Oracle;
  • Alta capacità di problem solving, buona capacità di relazione, flessibilità, disponibilità oraria;
  • Flesibilità Orario
  • Disponibilità al bisogno di reperibilità
  • Disponibilità al bisogno di presenziare nel WeekEnd
  • Automunito
  • Disponibilità a trasferte
