Innovation and diversity are fundamental parts of our culture. /p pWe offer excellent opportunities for personal growth and professional development.br/We are truly proud to say that we are a \"Great Place to Work\" /p pIf what you've read so far sounds exciting and you would like to join our team... keep reading /p pFor our branch in , we are currently looking for a Motorsport OFR OPS/CS Specialist. /p h3Location: Campogalliano /h3 h3Key tasks: /h3 ul liExecute OFR Export/Import plans and processes to provide forwarding for internal and external customers in accordance with customers requirements to grant operational excellence and top customer service level related to High Profile Motorsport Events and Customers; /li liCoordination with Motorsport Team /li liGather guidelines from internal functions and receive, execute and update orders via the system; /li liProvide allocation and reservations of freight both inbound and outbound and from race to race (overseas on overseas) /li liAscertain international freight rates based on analysis of Championship requirements, freight classifications (Handling of DG/ADR Materials),delivery schedules and deadlines; /li liProcess, handle, distribute and archive all required export documents, verify invoices and shipping documents to enhance accordance with Incoterms and CDZ guidelines; /li liComply with operating standards and procedures to provide superior customer service, granting operational excellence; /li liCoordinate with overseas offices/agents to fulfil Championship deadlines /li liAchieve accurate and timely delivery of billing information to customers; /li liHandle customers complaints and operations irregularities and report them within the related tools; /li liVerify and input estimated costs, validate and approve accounts payables; /li liCheck bill discrepancies such as incorrect rates, charges, etc /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liPrevious experience in OFR Operations, knowledge of RFQ, quotations. /li liKnowledge of Ocean Freight forwarding business /li liStrong analytical skills and good communication skills /li liResults-driven and attention to details /li liProblem-solving mentality /li liGood knowledge of English /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
