- mentoring junior engineers on good design and code practices
- managing and monitoring production web systems
- acting as owner of all the systems managed by their team
- taking a project from concept to safe launch into production
- breaking apart projects into iterative steps
- pivoting project implementations to address evolving requirements
- finding the project-appropriate balance between speed and robustness
- validating whether plans and implementation meet business needs
- modern .NET frameworks (.NET 7+)
- LINQ based DB queries
- MS SQL Server
- Hands on experience in API design
- Strong experience in API security and performance
- designing systems at e-commerce scale
- responsibility for maintaining proper SEO metadata structure
- integrating APIs with third-party vendors
- managing data integration with analytics systems
