Mission

La tua missione sarà quella di garantire che i clienti e i potenziali clienti apprezzino appieno le nostre soluzioni software e edge, sviluppando, in collaborazione con il team commerciale, opportunità che rispondano alle loro specifiche esigenze aziendali/ingegneristiche. Svilupperai attività di pre-vendita per progetti IT/OT a livello enterprise, collaborando con l'Account Team per vincere le opportunità, facendo leva sulla migliore proposta di valore.

What will you do?

  • Guidare ed eseguire attività di prevendita, portando il tuo valore aggiunto con la tua esperienza e competenza nella conoscenza dei processi dei clienti;
  • Supportare l’organizzazione commerciale, collaborando con i Key Account Managers per sviluppare le opportunità di business, facendo leva sulla nostra proposta di valore;
  • Sviluppare solide relazioni con i clienti, analizzando i requisiti funzionali e di business per progetti IT/OT a livello enterprise;
  • Supportare l’organizzazione, condividendo gli aggiornamenti del contesto regolatorio di riferimento
  • Preparare sessioni dimostrative, seminari e workshop per promuovere l'uso completo ed efficace delle nostre soluzioni;
  • Collaborare alle proposte d'offerta, seguendo tutte le procedure interne;
  • Supporto alle attività di marketing come fiere, web-seminar e seminari.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • Laurea in Ingegneria è preferibile
  • Esperienza maturata nel settore smart & digital grid e/o in posizioni analoghe
  • La conoscenza del mercato Multi-Utilities e del contesto regolatorio
  • La conoscenza di software quali SCADA, ADMS, MDM e strumenti di Grid Planning costituisce un elemento di differenziazione.
  • Una buona conoscenza dell'inglese;
  • Dinamicità e disponibilità a viaggiare sul territorio italiano;
  • Leadership ed efficacia nel costruire e gestire buone relazioni con i clienti;
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra;
  • Motivazione, energia, creatività e capacità di relazionarsi a più stakeholders e clienti all’interno dell’organizzazione;
  • Forti capacità di comunicazione interpersonale e di presentazione.
