CEO Outdooractive Italy

As CEO (f/m/d) you will be responsible for the further development of the Outdooractive platform in Italy. You will manage the subsidiary and implement the Group's strategy in the Italian market to develop the offerings for B2B (institutional and private players in tourism and outdoor activities) and B2C (the general public, users of our digital solutions). Your new job at Outdooractive entails

• As a proactive self-starter, you will be responsible for our growth initiatives in new business areas and geographical expansion.
• You will be responsible for the operational activities in Italy and coordinate the work of the local team in Bolzano.
• You will develop new development strategies in close cooperation with the head office in Germany, implement them and optimise the existing product and customer portfolio.
• You will analyse the Italian market and the competition and continuously expand the existing network of customers, key accounts and strategic partners.
• You will manage the B2C communication plan and marketing activities.
• You will manage the financial, legal and contractual aspects of the subsidiary.
• Through active relationship management and comprehensive support, you will ensure optimal and smooth cooperation for both your customers and the employees you support.

• Experience in the world of tourism or outdoor sports
• Experience in web and digital marketing
• Advantageous: Technical knowledge (interfaces, scripts...)

• You communicate confidently and precisely in German, English and Italian
