Role Overview
As a Senior Business Developer Welfare, Corporate , you will play a crucial role in expanding our Welfare B2B Products by acquiring and onboarding corporate clients. You will support the Satispay Group by developing and managing business relationships, driving our growth in the welfare sector, and contributing to the team's overall success.

Your mission:

  • New business development . Prospect leads in the target market using tools like Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Atoka. Create email sequences for outbound activities and manage end-to-end business development cycles, from initial contact to lead qualification and closing. Focus on implementing a new Welfare B2B line for mid-to-large employers.
  • Client relationship management . Effectively manage and conduct deals with C-Level stakeholders, develop strong long-term relationships with client executives, and drive business development activities to build and maintain a robust client base.
  • Performance monitoring . Track and analyze business development activities using our CRM system, produce reports for management, and ensure to meet company targets.
  • Collaboration and strategic planning . Work closely with the Welfare Team and other key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, support the achievement of OKRs, and participate in projects aimed at team development and strategic growth.

Your ideal profile:

  • Proven experience and analytical skills . You have 4-6 years of experience in a New Business Development role with a strong focus on prospecting and outbound activities. You possess an analytical mindset with the ability to process large sets of information and numbers.
  • Motivation and adaptability . You are eager to dive into new topics, adapt quickly, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making . You can think critically and make well-informed decisions under pressure. You are interested in new techniques and technologies and their potential risks in terms of fraud.
  • Communication and collaboration . You are fluent in Italian and English, highly organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You are an excellent communicator and relationship builder, proactive, and able to think outside the box.
  • Passion and results orientation . You are results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and passionate about your work, with a strong inclination towards achieving and exceeding targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
