Per la nostra filiale di Genova, stiamo selezionando una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di Sales And Services Specialist in Stage. Principali attività: Gestione del processo di ricerca e selezione del personale, dall'analisi del fabbisogno alla presentazione dei candidati; Redazione dellejob description e pubblicazione degli annunci sui principali portali di recruiting; Conduzione dei colloqui di selezione e gestione dei contatti diretti con le aziende clienti; Inserimento presenze, caricamento ore a cartellino, chiusura paghe mensili; Predisposizionedi contratti, proroghe, cessazioni e preventivi; Requisiti: Laurea o percorso di studi in ambito economico, psicologico o umanistico; Ottime doti relazionali, comunicative e commerciali; Proattività, orientamento al risultato e spirito d'iniziativa; Buona capacità di gestione del tempo e delle priorità.
