Pharma S.r.l. è una società sita a Roma , presente sul mercato farmaceutico nazionale e internazionale con un listino di complementi alimentari e dispositivi medici in settori terapeutici quali Ginecologia, Endocrinologia, Urologia, Andrologia, Respiratorio. Scouting e selezione delle risorse necessarie allo sviluppo dell'area in accordo con le direttive aziendali. Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e di penetrazione sul mercato, nel territorio assegnato, attraverso la gestione di un team di product specialist; Sviluppare il network e generare nuovi contatti sul territorio assegnato per ampliare e consolidare il portafoglio clienti e medico; Partecipare alla definizione del budget annuale di vendita e degli obiettivi per il territorio assegnato; Gestione delle riunioni d'area e partecipazione alle riunioni con il Coordinatore Italia e con l'Azienda; Coordinare l'attività della Sales Force di appartenenza attraverso attività di assegnazione degli obiettivi, affiancamento e feedback sistematico ai collaboratori, gestione frequenze visita e pianificazione; Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di Area Manager in azienda farmaceutica o nutraceutica, sul canale medico specialistico; Laurea in discipline scientifiche; Completano il profilo: ampia conoscenza ed esperienza nel territorio assegnato e nel target ginecologico, capacità di people management, ottime capacità relazionali e negoziali, profonde doti di pianificazione. inserimento con contratto a PARTITA IVA ENASARCO.
