We’re looking for an experienced, results‑driven Paid Media Coordinator to support the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Paid Media team in the scoping, development, and launch of paid media campaigns. This person will understand the paid media landscape and have experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders to build multi‑channel digital programs. The Paid Media Coordinator will help execute the paid media strategy, as well as implement, optimize, and analyze campaigns. Ideal candidates are passionate about paid media programs, testing and learning, and driving efficiency through business processes. The role will collaborate with many functional teams in AWS including brand, integrated demand planning, finance, creative, field marketing, business intelligence, digital strategy, and others. The ideal candidate will be able to exercise strong judgement, attention to detail, problem‑solving, and communication skills. This role will require excellent written and oral communication skills, strong business judgement, deep curiosity about how AWS works, and a passion for customers.
Assist with the day‑to‑day management of paid media campaign operations, managing timelines and deliverables from development to deployment, and reporting.
Build Content Messaging Maps for campaigns and develop distinct tracking codes.
Monitor and prepare reporting on campaign pacing and performance.
Procure and analyze paid media metrics and make recommendations for optimizations based on KPIs.
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices for paid media, and internal reporting.
Manage the maintenance of campaign/creative assets.
Preference: This role sits in Seattle but is also open to any US‑based AWS offices in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones. Relocation to one of these locations from within the US only.

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
~ Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of professional or military experience.
~1+ years experience in digital or multi‑channel digital campaign development with a heavy focus on paid social and display.
