We are looking for an experienced Strategic Planner with a remarkable fusion of media expertise, creative flair, and a business -driven mentality.
Your key tasks :
- Champion the wider strategy frame : tools, insight, platform, execution, measurement.
- Design integrated plans across diverse channels , taking creative innovation to new heights.
- Team up with Client Partners to deliver portfolio success .
- Tackle New Business pitches with an inventive, game-changing mindset.
- Influence agency culture by seamlessly fusing media, data, and creative excellence.
- Empower junior team members as a mentor , guiding their growth and success.

Publicis is looking for a Strategy Specialist for its Milan offices
You'll be involved in the Strategy team and report directly to the Head of Strategy.
If in your past experience :
- You expertly aligned brand ambitions with media effectiveness to drive growth.
- You have at least 2+ years in media/advertising industry , both on local and global client.
If you are:
- A business-savvy individual with a keen focus on driving results and success.
- An exceptional communicator with outstanding teamwork skills.
- Passionate about culture, trends, and motivations in consumer behavior.
- A strategic thinker with a knack for innovative and creative problem-solving.
- Keen to challenge yourself to do better every single day.
