After sales technician
La risorsa avrà l'obiettivo di contribuire al rafforzamento della reputazione dei prodotti aziendali in termini di qualità, affidabilità e facilità di manutenzione , fungendo da riferimento tecnico per la rete di assistenza.
Responsabilità principali Fornire supporto tecnico tempestivo e continuativo ai Customer Center Analizzare report di garanzia e segnalazioni di guasto, promuovendo azioni di miglioramento attraverso un approccio proattivo
Partecipare ai Technical Committee Meetings (TCM) e ai Product Quality Meetings (PQM) come figura di collegamento tra assistenza e sviluppo prodotto Comunicare ai Customer Center aggiornamenti tecnici, miglioramenti di prodotto e azioni correttive tramite service bulletin e portali dedicati
Redigere e aggiornare documentazione tecnica, kit di assistenza e strumenti a supporto della rete service
Contribuire allo sviluppo e all'erogazione di formazione tecnica , in collaborazione con il team di sviluppo competenze
Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria (requisito indispensabile) Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese ; una seconda lingua costituisce un plus
