Tyvak International, a Terran Orbital company, is seeking a motivated Product Assurance / Quality Assurance Officer. You will become part of a growing Quality and Product Assurance team, a collaborative team to develop innovative nano-satellite vehicle solutions for multiple projects, ensuring a high-quality level of the spacecrafts. The individual will be responsible for managing the PA topics and issues during the full program lifecycle, starting from design to in-orbit operations. PA role will work at close contact with the programs’ technical team and Program Manager, in a fast-paced environment for both active Programs and Proposals. Specific tasks may include: Support and oversight Assembly, Integration and Test activities Preparing, implementing, and guide quality assurance policies and procedures Tailoring of the ECSS-Q based on the mission-specific objectives and requirements Oversight of PA processes implementation in Program’s activities Management of Non-conformances and Quality documentations Preparation of PA/QA documentation for program reviews (Declared Lists, Non conformance reports, dedicated Mission Specific PA Plans, etc.) Continuous improvement of Design, Assembly and Quality Processes Guide the selection and evaluation of the suppliers according to the required standards Working in a small team environment closely with hardware, software, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure effective and efficient processes Additional duties on quality matter may be assigned as needed. NOTE: Vacancy is expected to be filled in no more than 30 calendar days from the completion of the hiring process. Requirements Degree in engineering is preferable 0-3 years of working experience as PA/QA engineer or officer Proficient use of written and oral English language Knowledge of Quality Management System and process design Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Previous working experience in the aerospace business and / or knowledge of the ECSS-Q standards and Quality Standards (AS/EN9100, ISO31011, etc) is considered a plus Familiarity with spacecraft and/or launch vehicle control systems. Small satellite or CubeSat experience Desirable requirements Good communications skills and teamwork spirit Familiarity with standard industrial quality control tools, or Atlassian suite is a plus Benefits Salary and benefits are EU market competitive and include Welfare, Benefits, Private Insurance, Flexible working Hours About Tyvak International About Tyvak International Tyvak is one of the most experienced small satellite groups in the industry with unique experience and capabilities in the development of nanosatellite missions and advanced technologies.
