Business Development Representative – £37k OTE (Uncapped) + Benefits – Hybrid – SaaS / Tech – Fast-Growth Scale-Up Are you an ambitious sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? I'm supporting a rapidly scaling SaaS company who are transforming the way businesses manage their people operations. With significant investment, strong leadership and a product that is already loved by the market, they are now expanding their commercial function and hiring a number of Business Development Representatives to support continued growth across the SME space. The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for someone hungry to learn, grow and ultimately break into high-performance tech sales. You'll act as the first touchpoint for potential customers, driving top-of-funnel activity and booking qualified opportunities for the wider Sales team. Responsibilities / Requirements: 0–2 years' experience in Sales or Business Development (SaaS/Tech experience is a bonus but not essential). Confident communicator with the ability to pick up the phone and open doors with prospective customers. Comfortable with outbound prospecting including cold calls, emails and lead qualification. Highly motivated and results-driven – you enjoy working towards targets and the idea of uncapped commission motivates you rather than scares you. Curious mindset with a real willingness to learn, develop and continuously improve. Entrepreneurial approach – you identify opportunities, offer solutions and contribute to refining outbound processes. Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where no two days look the same.
