Digital Workplace Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Workplace Specialist for our Logistics Hub in Vigasio. Key Responsibilities IMPLEMENTATION AND DEPLOYMENT OF DIGITAL TOOLS – Support the deployment and setup of digital workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Other SW & Applications) across the organization. USER SUPPORT AND TROUBLESHOOTING – Provide onsite and remote ICT support to office and industry/logistics users. Management of incidents and service requests and provide support and troubleshooting for both office and industrial/warehouse equipment, local checks for LAN/Wi‐Fi/VPN connectivity, sw and application. TRAINING AND USER EDUCATION – Assist in developing and delivering training programs to ensure that employees are fully equipped to use the digital tools and platforms effectively. MONITORING AND REPORTING – Monitor the usage and effectiveness of ICT tools by analyzing usage data and employee feedback. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT – Continuously assess digital workplace tools to ensure they are aligned with organizational goals and improving employee productivity. Work closely with the ICT team to develop, update, maintain, and define the knowledge base, procedures, asset inventory and documents for both office and industrial/warehouse environments. SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE – Ensure that digital tools are compliant with organizational security policies and local/regional data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). Requirements Professional experience in the role or similar of at least 4 years; Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, managing similar activities; Languages: English and a second language; Highest Education Level: Engineering Degree.
