Job description · Customer care e relazioni con il pubblico attraverso supporto telefonico, posta elettronica, Zendesk · Supporto Receptionist, ricezione e smistamento telefonate · Supporto informazioni spedizioni: assistenza clienti e agenti per sollecito spedizioni e consegne · Prenotazioni Hotel e ristoranti per eventi aziendali · Supporto gestione ordini · La figura riporterà al commercial manager Competenze ed esperienza Un/a Customer e shop assistance di successo dovrebbe avere: Diploma Competenze comunicative Competenze digitali (conoscenza pacchetto office) Buone capacità di problem-solving e attitudine al miglioramento continuo Empatia nel creare relazioni professionali Empatia e predisposizione all’ascolto nelle relazioni con la clientela In linea con i valori aziendali R.Buona conoscenza lingua inglese Completa l'offerta Formazione per lo svolgimento delle mansioni Contratto per sostituzione maternità Accesso a programmi di Welfare Aziendale. Ambiente lavorativo orientato alla collaborazione e alla qualità. L'orario di lavoro sarà dal lunedì al giovedì dalle 8.00 alle 13 e dalle 13.30 alle 17.15, il venerdì dalle 8.00 alle 13.00 L'inquadramento sarà secondo il CCNL Alimentari Industria (con tredicesimaquattordicesima).
