The Presales Engineer is a key figure in the relationship between AREA and its customers. He works closely with sales and technical teams to understand customer needs, present AREA’s solutions, and build long-term, trust-based relationships founded on consultancy and technical expertise.


The Presales Engineer is responsible for presenting solutions and value propositions to AREA prospects, preparing product demonstrations, and developing long-term relationships with customers.


Delivery of ongoing feedback to product development/management based on prospect or customer feedback, observed product weaknesses, and general market trends.
Collect market intelligence by evaluating other industry players and their products.
Support in the preparation and organization of Trade Fairs and events, both in planning, preparation, and on-site setup.
Help in the design of custom-made products.
Provide direct support to Key Account Managers during the bid phase regarding product demonstrations/presentations and workshops (requirements management).
