Overview As a Professional Services Consultant, you deliver on-site Fortinet security solutions, guiding design, deployment, testing, and optimization for customers. You work closely with the client and Fortinet teams to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective services and knowledge transfer. You'll build confidence with strong technical skills and clear communication while advancing Fortinet best practices. This role blends hands-on implementation with collaborative problem-solving in a customer-focused environment. Retribuzione / Benefits competitive total rewards package flexible work arrangements supportive work environment Responsabilità Assist customers during Think and Build project phases Create and maintain technical documentation (designs, procedures, test plans, templates, scripts) Provision, customize, and verify Fortinet configurations per approved design Test Fortinet solutions and validate behavior Participate in interoperability/integration testing with Fortinet devices Recommend and implement Fortinet best practices Resolve/escalate technical issues promptly Deliver knowledge transfer to client staff Maintain core competency on Fortinet products and technologies Requisiti fondamentali ~7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Network Security ~ Experience designing/implementing FortiGate or major 3rd party security solutions ~ Experience in complex routing and WAN environments (BGP, OSPF) ~ Experience in MPLS networks especially L3 VPN ~ Exposure to MSSP or managed services (multi-tenancy, monitoring, reporting) ~ Scripting and automation experience (e.g., ZTP, orchestrator integration, dashboards) ~ Excellent communication and technical documentation ~ Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team ~ Strong stakeholder management and customer service attitude ~ collaborative mindset ~ strong communication ~ customer-focused service attitude ~ Fortinet FortiGate design and implementation ~ BGP and OSPF routing ~ MPLS and L3 VPN
