Implement regulatory strategies aligned with the goals of the Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) healthcare program.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to grow the healthcare footprint and develop new service offerings.
Drive continuous improvement in service quality to exceed customer expectations.
Report to the global QA/RA director and coordinate with QA Managers to ensure team performance and alignment.
