Automation and Calibration Technician ACS DOBFAR S.p.A., multinazionale italiana, leader nella produzione di API e Prodotti Finiti, è alla ricerca di un Automation and Calibration Technician esperto e motivato da inserire nel nostro team tecnico. La figura sarà responsabile delle attività di manutenzione, sviluppo e taratura dei sistemi di automazione e strumentazione di processo, garantendo l'efficienza e la conformità tecnica degli impianti produttivi alle normative di sicurezza e qualità (GMP). Principali responsabilità Gestire la manutenzione, l'aggiornamento e lo sviluppo dei sistemi di automazione industriale (DCS, PLC, HMI, SCADA). Eseguire verifiche e tarature della strumentazione di misura (temperatura, pressione, pH, conducibilità, umidità, ecc.), assicurando l'affidabilità metrologica e la tracciabilità delle attività. Collaborare alla definizione dei cicli di automazione e alla validazione dei sistemi, coordinando fornitori e ditte esterne nelle fasi di installazione e collaudo. Gestire la documentazione tecnica, gli schemi elettrici (AutoCAD) e i registri di calibrazione nei sistemi informativi di manutenzione (es. Maximo). Supervisionare interventi di manutenzione elettrica e automazione, garantendo il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e delle procedure GMP. Partecipare all'ampliamento e miglioramento degli impianti, contribuendo alla selezione dei componenti e alla stesura di specifiche tecniche. Supportare i reparti QA, ICT e Produzione nell'integrazione dei sistemi di controllo e nella gestione dei protocolli di validazione. Requisiti richiesti Diploma tecnico in ambito elettrotecnico, elettronico o automazione industriale. Esperienza di almeno 4 anni in ruoli analoghi nel settore industriale o farmaceutico. Conoscenza dei sistemi di automazione (DCS, PLC, SCADA) e delle procedure di calibrazione e metrologia. Buona padronanza di AutoCAD e dei software di manutenzione (Maximo o equivalenti). Competenze elettriche e strumentali, conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza elettrica e GMP. Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office. Italiano fluente; conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico scritto. Competenze trasversali Precisione, autonomia e capacità di pianificazione. Problem solving e orientamento alla qualità. Attitudine alla collaborazione interfunzionale (ICT, QA, Produzione).
