About K-Way Brand
K-Way is a brand known for adventure lovers and outdoor life. Born in the heart of Paris in 1965, the brand revolutionized the rainwear market by introducing the first lightweight and waterproof jacket in the world that could be conveniently folded into a small bag.
For our outlet store K-Way at Castel Guelfo , we are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant in the fashion retail sector. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently looks appealing to encourage sales by maintaining order, cleanliness, and assortment completeness. You should ensure courtesy, cheerfulness, and kindness while positively collaborating with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in sales;
- Maintain and manage merchandise to ensure maximum availability in the department;
- Keep the store orderly and clean;
- Manage the fitting rooms following company guidelines;
- Handle cash register operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail (fashion and footwear sector);
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in working hours.
Other Information:
An initial insertion is expected with a fixed-term contract, full-time.
