Junior Sales Area Manager – Neolaureati Ingegneria Gestionale Per l'Area Commerciale della Divisione Tissue Converting della nostra sede di Lecco, siamo alla ricerca di giovani neolaureati, preferibilmente in Ingegneria Gestionale, interessati a intraprendere un percorso di crescita strutturato in ambito commerciale e tecnico, con l'obiettivo di formarsi nel ruolo diSales Area Manager.
La risorsa selezionata verrà inserita in un programma di formazione e affiancamento che consentirà di acquisire progressivamente competenze tecniche, commerciali e di gestione del cliente.
Durante la prima fase, il candidato sarà formato sulla conoscenza tecnica del prodotto, delle sue funzionalità e del contesto industriale di riferimento.
Successivamente affiancherà il team commerciale e i project manager per comprendere l'intero processo: dal primo contatto con il cliente, all'analisi delle esigenze, alla preparazione dell'offerta, fino alla realizzazione dell'impianto e all'accettazione finale da parte del cliente.
Nella fase finale del percorso, a diretto riporto del Direttore Marketing e Vendite e con il supporto di figure commerciali senior, il focus sarà sempre più orientato allo sviluppo delle competenze commerciali, con l'obiettivo di raggiungere una progressiva autonomia nel ruolo.
sviluppare e implementare la strategia commerciale per l'area geografica assegnata
gestire e consolidare i rapporti con i clienti acquisiti e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business
collaborare con la rete di agenti presenti sul territorio
contribuire alla definizione del budget, monitorare i risultati di vendita e predisporre report e forecast
Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale
Interesse per il mondo industriale e per un ruolo tecnico-commerciale
La conoscenza della lingua inglese (e preferibilmente del francese) e una breve esperienza commerciale o di stage saranno considerate un plus.
