As IT PROJECT MANAGER you will be a member of the Professional Services team at Trace One. You will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of application maintenance services on Trace One's manufacturing PLM solution. You have a background and experience in project management, with focus and expertise on application maintenance-related services, to allow the proper coordination, delegation, and monitoring of the service, along with performing a tight scope control and identifying risks and potential future opportunities on the delivery.
Lead software implementation projects from initiation to closure, with the objective of delivering projects on time and budget.
Facilitate the planning and execution of meetings and ensure the attendance of proper stakeholders according to the goals and objectives of the meeting.
Regularly communicate the project status to key stakeholders.
Lead Steering Committee meetings to present the project status at the executive level.
Report the status of the project periodically to key stakeholders at Trace One highlighting major milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
Maintain control of the project scope, budget, timeline, and profitability, and work with the project team to delineate a plan as risks of slippage arise.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing software implementation projects.
Have a thorough understanding of enterprise application deployment methodologies with PLM Solutions.
Ability to work with cross-functional departments for planning and execution of project activities and retrieving information about the project status.
Ability to present the project status at the executive level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office applications.
5 years+ experience in leading software implementation projects.
Bachelor 's or Master 's degree in Business or related field.
Native Italian speaker.
Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication.
Past experience as a Business Consultant in the PLM Food & Beverage.
