We are looking for a GBS specialist in managing sales audit and account receivable activities in the retail area, specifically for the Iberia region.
Daily monitoring of the correct bank statements posting in ReconNet system
Sales reconciliation with incoming payments. Management and reconciliations of specific tools used in the stores (Voucher, Gift cards, Health insurances, Warranties, Subscriptions)
Management of sales and collection of incoming payments for customers not classified as final consumers (department stores, franchisee, TP companies)
Fluent English and possibly good knowledge of a second foreign language (Spanish preferable)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other tools of reconciliation
