Location:
completely full remote – Italy-based

Salary:
perm contract €35-45K or Italian P.
IVA 180-220€ daily + VAT to provide operational & strategic procurement support, ensuring effective supplier management, cost optimization & compliance with procurement processes. The resource will be responsible for managing supplier relationships throughout the procurement lifecycle, from sourcing & negotiation to contract management & purchase order processing. Supplier sourcing & market scouting Contract negotiation & management Supplier onboarding activities Creation & management of Purchase Orders (POs) Monitoring supplier performance & contractual compliance Collaboration with internal stakeholders to support procurement initiatives Ensuring adherence to procurement policies & best practices 5-6 years of relevant experience ~ Proven experience in Procurement & Supplier Management ~ Experience in: ~ Supplier sourcing & qualification ~ Contract negotiation ~ Supplier onboarding processes ~ Purchase Order management ~ Good analytical & negotiation abilities ~ Ability to work independently in a remote environment Freelancers are highly welcomed too Candidates of any gender identity, after reviewing the mandatory privacy notice , are kindly requested to submit their CV in PDF format, quoting the reference number (Ref. ---).
