To strengthen our HR Team, we are looking for a Talent Development Manager who will play a key role in shaping and driving the Group's Talent Strategy, focusing on Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Succession Planning. Talent Management & Development:
Design and implement talent management programs (e.g., succession planning, leadership development, high-potential programs) aligned with Group strategy.
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to build strong talent pipelines, ensuring long-term organizational sustainability.
Support individual and team growth plans, nurturing a culture of performance and continuous development. Learning & Development:
Co-design and deliver training initiatives to strengthen leadership and managerial skills.
Monitor and enhance program effectiveness, leveraging feedback and KPIs to innovate learning strategies. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, embedding them into talent and development processes.
At least 7 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, and Recruitment, ideally gained in structured multinational companies.
Proven track record in talent development programs, succession planning, and leadership development.
Strong exposure to international and cross-cultural environments.
Fluent in Italian and English (French is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point); Emotional intelligence and adaptability.
