IT OPERATION SUPPORT & SERVICES SENIOR SPECIALIST Join to apply for the IT OPERATION SUPPORT & SERVICES SENIOR SPECIALIST role at MARTUR FOMPAK International ABOUT the JOB Martur Italy S.r.l., part of the Martur Fompak International Group, was established to develop and manage projects on behalf of the group's companies, which are original equipment suppliers to the automotive industry. Specifically, Martur Italy S.r.l. handles project development, logistics, and sales, and is the natural interface between the parent company and European OEM customers. Its focus is on the automotive sector, with particular expertise in interior trim products such as seats, instrument panels, door and trim panels, roof racks, parcel shelves, pillars, and sun visors. JOB EXPECTATIONS To ensure the efficient, reliable, and full-scale utilization of all corporate IT applications, in alignment with the company's Information Technology objectives and strategic goals. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experiences Experience Min 5 Years Office Package, Hardware and software advanced knowledges, help desk systems Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows) and enterprise applications (SAP, Microsoft 365). Skilled in server administration, virtualization (VMware) Experienced in networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and IT security solutions (firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM). Proficient in backup and disaster recovery tools, ensuring data security and business continuity. Competent in scripting and automation (PowerShell) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and optimize hardware, software, and cloud-based user infrastructures. Maintain accurate, real-time IT asset and inventory records. Ensure high availability, scalability, and optimal performance of IT systems and infrastructure. Oversee the reliable and secure operation of business-critical applications, including SAP and Microsoft 365. Safeguard data security, ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2, and maintain robust business continuity plans. Perform regular backups, disaster recovery tests, and recovery operations in line with Central IT governance standards. Lead server deployment, configuration, testing, and commissioning activities. Configure and optimize network services, collaborating with network administrators to ensure secure and seamless connectivity. Proactively monitor logs, system events, and performance dashboards to detect, analyze, and resolve issues. Support and address the evolving needs of user groups and business applications connected to corporate infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve software, security, and connectivity issues for end-user devices and enterprise systems. Apply patches, updates, and upgrades across systems, ensuring stability, compliance, and security. Conduct capacity planning, performance analysis, and system optimization to meet business demands. Provide advanced support for PCs, operating systems, enterprise applications, and IT equipment (workstations, printers, scanners, etc.). Manage, monitor, and secure in-house LAN, WAN, Wi‐Fi, and firewall systems, integrating with cloud‐based security solutions (e.g., Zero Trust). Track and resolve IT help desk tickets, ensuring timely and effective closure with minimal downtime. Oversee hardware/software procurement, vendor management, and support processes in compliance with corporate IT quality and security standards. Communicate IT updates, solutions, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. Prepare regular performance, compliance, and incident reports for senior management.
