As a Field Application Engineer (FAE) , you will be the technical bridge between customers and cutting‐edge power architectures. Your mission is to support design wins, accelerate adoption of next‐generation solutions, and ensure customer success through hands‐on technical expertise. Key Responsibilities Partner with business development and account teams to identify and qualify new opportunities. Provide pre‐ and post‐sales technical support, including product selection, system design, and troubleshooting. Capture customer requirements and liaise with product engineering teams. Deliver technical seminars, training, and hands‐on product evaluations in the local lab. Support distribution partners with technical presentations and customer engagement. Conduct schematic reviews and project support for ongoing programs. Build strong relationships with customer engineering teams throughout the sales cycle. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). 5 years' experience in analog/power supply design or applications engineering. Strong knowledge of analog circuit design and electronics technician skills. Experience in the automotive market is highly desirable but not a must. Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian. Proven ability to work with distribution partners and channel customers. Self‐motivated, results‐oriented, and skilled at problem‐solving.
