Purchasing Manager.

Tipologia contrattuale: inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi finalizzato alla stabilizzazione. Il Purchasing ha la responsabilità di pianificare gli acquisti in base ai fabbisogni aziendali e alle esigenze della struttura, garantendo l'efficienza dei processi di approvvigionamento e assicurando un saving nel budget di competenza.
analisi delle offerte valutando il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo;
validare, contattare fornitori prescelti e negoziare i termini di acquisto e le condizioni della fornitura: quantità, tempi, prezzi, modalità di consegna;
formalizzare i contratti di acquisto;
gestire gli ordini a livello amministrativo;
mantenere i rapporti commerciali con i fornitori, nazionali e internazionali;
seguire e verificare il rispetto dei termini concordati (tempistiche di consegna, qualità dei prodotti, pagamenti...), contrattare direttamente con i fornitori eventuali reclami e resi.

Laurea triennale o magistrale;
conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
dimestichezza nell’utilizzo del pacchetto Office, soprattutto Excel;
