About InPost InPost is a leading player in the business to consumer parcel delivery market. In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 5000 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 5000 fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24/7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience. The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer’s Polish home market. We’re looking for people with drive and curiosity, who will join us in re-writing the norm It’s an awesome opportunity for a motivated and skilled Logistics Manager. You will work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, tech, and Customer care’departments, managing and coordinating depots and courier partners and optimizing all the logistics processes and flows. You will have a key role to select the best couriers supplier and shipping techniques You will coordinate the Itinerary planning, the invoice processing and the suppliers You will analyze and be responsible of the performance of each logistics partner in your area, also making sure that all the couriers and depot staff are fully trained You will support the sales team, regarding customer proposals and rate negotiations You will manage network volumes and optimize all the logistics processes You will implement and update the metrics, in a spirit of continuous improvement You will draft and evaluate the budgets&expenses, be focused on cost optimization Frequent business travel are requested Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field ~4+ years’ experience in the role of “Logistic Manager” or similar ~ Experience in E-commerce and/or parcel logistics ~ Organizational and operations and/or project management experience ~ Excellent knowledge of the "logistics and transport" sector ~ People and partner management skills ~ Experience managing and building relationships with 3rd parties ~ High level of analytical skills and knowledge ~ Logistics processes, reporting, and analytics experience ~ Experience coming up with creative solutions and problem solving ~ Fluent in English ~ Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) ~ We support a good lifestyle and work-life-balance with our flexible hours and flexible remote work policy Multinational company Flexible, creative, vibrant working environment We contribute to the creation of responsible and eco-sustainable logistics Champion the Customer: Every decision and action begins with the customer in mind.
