EMCO employs approximately 800 people at 4 production sites in Austria and Italy. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Director Italy. Your tasks: Expansion of the Italian sales network Management of the sales team in Italy Responsibility for sales and budget Reporting line: directly to the CSO of the EMCO Group The position is not tied to a specific location Your qualification profile: Sales experience (preferably in the capital goods industry) Business management know‐how Your strengths: Strong results orientation and assertiveness Winning and motivating personality Leadership skills and ability to integrate Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to shape Used to setting priorities Constructive and open collaboration with all internal stakeholders The EMCO Group offers an experienced, strong sales personality an attractive management position, combined with performance‐related compensation and a company car.
