German & Lithuanian Speaking Service Coordinator

Position Overview:

In this role as a Service Coordinator , you will be the central contact point for customers, service teams, and dealerships across German- and Lithuanian-speaking regions . Your primary responsibility will be managing service requests, coordinating repair and maintenance schedules, and ensuring smooth, effective communication. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

This hybrid role offers flexibility, with 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days working remotely , giving you a perfect balance between collaboration and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for German- and Lithuanian-speaking customers , addressing service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing complaints.
  • Coordinate service appointments, repairs, and maintenance with customers and dealerships.
  • Ensure clear and prompt communication between customers, technical teams, and service departments.
  • Track the status of service requests to ensure they are resolved on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction after services are completed.
  • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for prompt resolution.
  • Keep customers informed on the progress of their service requests.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service histories, and actions taken within the CRM system.
  • Help improve customer service processes by providing feedback and recommendations to internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German and Lithuanian (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, service coordination , or a similar role is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building customer relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest or experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Competency with CRM systems and general office tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook .
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
