For our store in Verona, we are looking for you as Sales Assistant 20 hrs (m/f/x) on a fixed term contract. Your Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting Ensure optimum sales levels are met Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers

Your Profile
Customer service and/or retail experience preferred Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible Excellent communication and 'people' skills Confidence, drive and enthusiasm Fluent in Italian, English is advantageous Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals. Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins.
