Benefits:
In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €38,500 and €51,500 commensurate with experience and skills. The position is covered by the ‘CCNL Commercio e Terziario’ (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities. We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Senior Consultant with solid experience in Power BI, for our area dedicated to Business Intelligence, that takes care of data analysis, data visualization and data Insights. You will work closely with business stakeholders, helping organizations understand their data, design effective reporting solutions, and guide them through the adoption of modern analytics platforms. Understand how data are used across the organization and how they support business processes and decision-making; Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI; Translate business needs into clear and effective data visualizations and analytics solutions; Work closely with clients and project stakeholders to guide them in defining requirements and best practices; Support the adoption of BI solutions, including documentation and knowledge transfer to key users; Act as a trusted advisor for clients, helping them identify opportunities to improve data usage and analytics capabilities; Contribute to the design of high-level BI and analytics solutions, proposing recommended approaches and possible alternatives; Support clients during the evolution and improvement of their analytics platforms. At least 5 years of experience working with Power BI; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Ability to work with clients and guide them through data and analytics initiatives; Collaboration skills in cross-functional and multi-vendor environments; Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric; Good written and spoken English.
