We are looking for a Facilities Specialist who will be part of our General Services team based in Milan. La Tua opportunità Sarai responsabile di garantire la corretta gestione di tutte le attività dei servizi generali per le sedi di Milano, in stretta collaborazione con i colleghi delle altre sedi italiane. Sarai inserito/a all’interno di un contesto dinamico, orientato al miglioramento continuo che ti consentirà di sviluppare ulteriori competenze nell’ottica di crescita personale e professionale. Ti occuperai delle seguenti attività: Collaborazione con il Servizio di Vigilanza e Portierato nelle attività di reception quali accoglienza degli ospiti, servizio di accommodation e cortesia e nella gestione del centralino. Supporto al Facilities Coordinator nello sviluppo di progetti speciali in ambito Facility (trasferimento sede, iniziative relative al building ad hoc). Attività segretariali, di front office e servizi generali a servizio dell’intera struttura ed in particolare supporto alla segreteria di direzione. Verifica di ordine/pulizia degli ambienti e gestione dell'impresa che ne ha l'incarico. Riordino sale riunioni, spazi comuni (interni/esterni) e approvvigionamento materiale (acqua, cancelleria, ...). Gestione del materiale cancelleria e dei toner stampanti. Gestione spedizioni tramite corriere: ricezione materiali e consegna ai relativi destinatari, ritiro/imballo materiale per consegna ai corrieri. Gestione dello smaltimento dei rifiuti (formulari, compilazione MUD, corrispondenza); Gestione e verifica delle utenze. Raccolta e controllo fatture di competenza. Supporto alla gestione degli aspetti logistici e organizzativi in corrispondenza di eventi o incontri aziendali presso la sede di Milano. Supporto alla segreteria per organizzazione viaggi e transfer urbani per ospiti esterni. Supporto alla movimentazione di materiali nella Sede di Milano, con particolare attenzione a quelli di Showroom. Supporto nella gestione dei fornitori di servizi (giardinieri, elettricisti, idraulici, impresa pulizie, …) e nella verifica/gestione impianti di riscaldamento/raffreddamento. Supporto nel controllo e gestione delle manutenzioni programmate (estintori, caldaie, aria condizionata, impianti allarme, giardinaggio ...). Supporto alle attività relative alla sicurezza sul lavoro (formazione obbligatoria e relativa documentazione da normativa, prove di evacuazione, sorveglianza sanitaria ecc.). Collaborazione con l’istituto di Vigilanza nelle attività di sicurezza: verifica/gestione degli allarmi e dell’impianto di videosorveglianza, disinserimento sensori allarme (collaborazione con l’Istituto di Vigilanza o intervento diretto in caso di “allarmi” notturni o nei fine settimana), controllo accessi non programmati Il profilo del candidato che stiamo cercando possiede: Percorso di studi di indirizzo Tecnico/Gestionale Pregressa esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi all'interno di aziende complesse e internazionali; capacità di gestione di progetti infrastrutturali (project management) ; conoscenza di base dei requisiti per la manutenzione degli edifici; conoscenza di base delle normative di riferimento in materia di Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza (EHS) ; ottima conoscenza dell'inglese sia scritto che parlato; buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Power Point) preferibile conoscenza di Autocad e di SAP ottime capacità organizzative e gestionali, capacità di passare rapidamente da un'attività all'altra, gestendo le priorità spiccate doti comunicative, intraprendenza, curiosità, creatività e attitudine al lavoro di gruppo ottime capacità di problem solving dinamismo ed entusiasmo nel lavorare in un contesto internazionale in rapida crescita Why work with us This is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
