No /p h3Offer Description /h3 pThe position is part of the experimental nuclear astrophysics activities carried out in Padova within the LUNA experiment, at the INFN Gran Sasso National Laboratories (LNGS), and the GAMMA experiment, at the INFN Legnaro National Laboratories (LNL). The programme foresees the measurement of cross sections of astrophysically relevant nuclear reactions at the energies of stellar processes, exploiting the strong background reduction of the underground environment, and the study of nuclear properties of nuclei involved in nucleosynthesis by means of gamma-ray spectroscopy.
