SHAPE THE FUTURE WITH US We offer you a motivating environment with exciting projects and would appreciate to welcome you in our team as a: Rail – Sr. Architectural Expert (Construction Support) Job location: Gurugram, Haryana, India - 2 years' onsite activity Key Responsibilities (not limited to): Proof-checking of Architectural designs/ drawings submitted by DDC in view of following: Design optimization of stations, depot, PD areas & other supporting buildings like housing, police stations/ post, barracks, RSS, public convenience structures such as facility areas, skywalks, etc. Review and context-based value addition for station design and urban form to assist NCRTC for improvisation and finalization. Review of schemes and value addition for optimized and innovative PEB Structures, Architectural finishes, aesthetic lighting, etc. to assist NCRTC for improvisation and finalization. Suggest modern technologies/methodologies for station design and implementation based on international expertise/best practices. Suggest sustainable ideas/features based on international expertise/best practices. Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by the PD/NCRTC. Assist NCRTC for presentations to be made to the Ministries/statutory approving authorities/ other stake holders/ management as per requirement. Required skills and experience 15+ yrs of relevant Architectural designs/ drawings experience in Rail projects Benefit: Relocation provided.
