We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Associate to support Shop Circle's founders and senior leadership team. You will be the operational heartbeat of the organisation, ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day while helping us build systems that scale.
What you'll do Provide high-level support to the Founders and senior executives across multiple time zones.
Manage complex calendars, travel schedules, and logistics for leadership.
Oversee office operations, including supplies, vendors, and workspace needs.
Assist with light finance tasks such as expense tracking, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Maintain and update internal CRM systems and shared documentation.
Support basic HR and people operations tasks such as onboarding, contract coordination, and maintaining employee records.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Italian is a plus).
Familiarity with HR or administrative systems (onboarding, contracts, or HRIS tools) is appreciated.
