+ Supporting the culinary team by cleaning work areas and maintaining cleanliness throughout the service
+ Ensuring that all areas, both in the kitchen and banquet facilities, remain clean and organized throughout events* **Stewarding**:
+ Ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use
+ Assisting with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, ensuring all areas are properly stocked and organized
+ Complying with food safety and sanitation standards, following established protocols and guidelines
+ Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate team member to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly* **Banquet Support**:
+ Helping transport tableware, linens, and food items between the kitchen and banquet areas
+ Coordinating with the event team to ensure smooth execution of banquet services
