Overview
As Procurement Support Specialist at Nestlé Purina Italy, you will support the local execution of sourcing strategies for the Portogruaro plant, bridging Local Business Partners with Category teams. You will gather requirements, map ordering and channel flows (P2P), and assist supplier development and transitions. You will liaise with NiM stakeholders at plant and site level, ensuring Supplier Code compliance and driving cost improvements and innovations in local processes. This role offers cross-functional collaboration within a global pet nutrition leader, with meaningful impact on procurement and supplier relationships.

Responsabilità
- Provide local business partners with gathered requirements and regular updates
- Understand and translate business needs for functional and plant level requirements
- Retrieve and analyze data to map P2P and supplier channels for serviced locations
- Interface with local suppliers for supplier development or transitions as directed
- Coordinate with category and sourcing teams to integrate innovation, renovation, and post-award cost improvements
- Support procurement processes and risk analysis inputs (PES)
- Ensure adherence to Nestlé's Suppliers Code and act on audit findings
- Collaborate with HOP and Business partners to align sourcing plans with local budgets and pricing
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Proven ability to lead projects
- Experience in risk management, responsible sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Negotiation experience in cross-functional and cross-market teams
