As an **R&D Project Manager**, you'll drive the development of next-generation products that meet the evolving needs of the power industry.**How you'll make an impact**· **Lead Specialized Innovation:** Manage the full lifecycle of new product development for oil- and gas-insulated instrument transformers—from concept to market—ensuring excellence in cost, quality, and time-to-market.· **Drive Technical Collaboration:** Coordinate international, cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, testing, and manufacturing.
