HR Plant Manager

JOB PORPOSE We are a continuously evolving company in the automotive sector, and for our Cambiano (TO) plant we are looking for an HR Plant Manager who will lead all site HR activities with a key role in people management, process optimization, and personnel cost control, reporting directly to the Managing Director. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES As HR Plant Manager, you will be the main point of reference for all HR-related topics within the plant, with direct responsibility for Personnel cost management: budget definition, monitoring, and forecasting Administrative HR coordination with the external payroll provider (e.g., 770, payments to institutions, disability reports, mandatory reporting, etc.) Supervision of shift organization and plant scheduling Occupational health management and liaison with the company doctor Planning and monitoring of training programs Handling of individual disputes and union relations Preparation of periodic HR reports to support management Direct management of the recruitment process WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR A professional with a comprehensive view of the HR function in a production plant, able to operate with autonomy and pragmatism in structured industrial environments.
