As an Expert Commercial Project Management, you will be responsible for safeguarding commercial interests throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring strong financial performance, effective contract management, and successful collaboration with clients and supply chain partners. Working within a complex EPC project environment, you will actively contribute to risk mitigation, commercial strategy, and business profitability. /p h3bExplore your tasks and responsibilities /b /h3 ul liLead commercial activities throughout project execution to ensure successful financial outcomes. /li liDevelop and implement procurement and commercial strategies aligned with project objectives. /li liManage contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. /li liOversee commercial aspects of client accounts, including claims, variations, forecasts, and reporting. /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks to protect project profitability. /li liPrepare commercial evaluations and support price-fixing activities by highlighting commercial opportunities and concerns. /li liProvide management with clear commercial status reports and recommendations on contract-related matters. /li /ul h3bShow your expertise /b /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or a comparable technical qualification. /li liSeveral years of experience in commercial management within large-scale EPC projects. /li liStrong understanding of contract management, commercial negotiations, and claims management. /li liComprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and commercial best practices. /li liProven ability to analyze financial and contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international project environment. /li liChartered Engineer status and/or a Master's degree is considered an advantage. /li /ul pThe salary range for this position is between € 59´400 and € 83`400 gross per year (full-time).
