With a more than 8,000 employees across 30 nationalities, 4 manufacturing sites, 4 R&D centers and a commercial presence spanning 160 countries in 5 continents, the Company is the trusted partner for everyone who demands high-quality industrial tyres with a special focus on performance and sustainability.We are looking for aTruck Product Development Specialistdedicated to developing cutting‐edge products for theNAFTA market , one of the most demanding and high‐performance-oriented commercial tire segments.As a Truck Product Development Specialist, you will be part of an international R&D environment, contributing to the definition, design, validation, and continuous improvement of products specifically tailored for NAFTA applications.
Market Analysis & Benchmarking
Conduct in-depth analysis of NAFTA market applications, technical requirements, performance expectations, and competitor products.
Design tread patterns, tread profiles, and sidewall geometries using CAD tools (Auto CAD, CREO preferred).
Technical Specification Development
Follow industrialization phases in Prometeon's manufacturing plants.
Plan, monitor, and analyze internal and external testing sessions.
UseFinite Element Analysis (FEA)tools to model, optimize, and validate structural and performance characteristics.
Monitor product KPIs in real NAFTA field conditions and contribute to continuous improvement plans.
Work closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, industrialization, quality, and marketing.
Degree inMechanical Engineering ,Materials Engineering , or related fields.
Proficiency inAuto CAD ; Strong command of theEnglish language.
Excellent capability to analyze complex technical data.
