We are looking for an Senior Demand Manager with telecommunications expertise to join our IT Demand Management Team in Turin. In addition to demand portfolio responsibilities, you will also act as a Business Analyst during the early stages of project definition. This means playing a hands‐on role in shaping initiatives by gathering requirements, contributing to business case development, and supporting high‐level scoping. Working in an international environment, you'll serve as a vital link between business units and IT delivery, ensuring that strategic priorities are well understood, structured, and ready for execution. You are a results‐driven and communicative professional who thrives at the intersection of business and IT. With a background in demand management or business analysis, you're comfortable navigating complex systems and aligning cross‐functional teams toward common goals. Own and manage the IT demand pipeline for a specific business domain, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams Conduct Business Analyst activities during early‐stage project definition, including requirements gathering and initial scoping Organize and facilitate demand intake workshops with IT architects and business leads Support prioritization and governance processes by preparing decision‐making inputs, value assessments, and business cases 3–5 years of experience in IT demand management, business analysis, or a similar role Proven ability to gather business requirements and contribute to early‐stage project scoping Fluency in English; Italian and/or French are plus Proficiency in demand/project management tools such as JIRA The Eutelsat Group treats the protection of personal data submitted to it seriously.
