  • Buona Conoscenza infrastruttura di virtualizzazione VMWare vSphere
  • Buona Conoscenza di Microsoft Windows Server
  • Buona Conoscenza delle infrastrutture tecnologiche server e blade server multi-brand (HPE, LENOVO, DELL)
  • Buona Conoscenza sistemi storage (HPE, IBM, DELL)
  • Buona Conoscenza infrastruttura SAN (Storage Area Network)
  • Buona Conoscenza networking e sistemi di rete (in particolare configurazione switch di rete)
  • Buona Conoscenza gestione datacenter (cablaggi,sistemi di condizionamento, facilities)
  • Buona Conoscenza sistemi e infrastruttura di backup (Commvault)
  • Conoscenza sistemi monitoraggio (Zabbix, vRealize Operation)
  • Conoscenza sistemi antivirus (TrenMicro)
  • Conoscenza virtualizzazione applicativa e virtual desktop tramite Citrix
  • Capacità di gestione di servizi complessi in ambito infrastrutturale/tecnologico
  • Capacità di problem solving
  • Capacità di gestione delle priorità e delle criticità
  • Capacità di lavorare in gruppo
  • Attitudine alla stesura di documentazione

La risorsa dovrà occuparsi di:

  • Garantire una corretta implementazione e gestione dell’infrastruttura del cliente
  • Monitorare infrastrutture complesse;
  • Gestire e analizzare incident ed eventi;
  • Fornire consulenza per la risoluzione di problematiche complesse;
  • Produrre la documentazione mantenendola aggiornata inerente le infrastrutture gestite
  • Forte predisposizione e competenza nel ruolo.
  • Capacità organizzative e capacità di gestire le priorità.
  • Abilità comunicative e relazionali, oltre a una agevole dimestichezza nell’uso degli applicativi in genere.

Titolo di studio richiesto: Diploma o Laurea

Orario lavorativo : Full Time – lunedì/venerdì
