Make your mark for patients To strengthen our Immunology team , we are looking for a talented profile to fill the position of: Product Specialist Dermatology - Marche Umbria & Abruzzo About the role You will be responsible of UCB's products promotion to the respective stakeholder in the assigned territory and actively contribute to the launch of innovative products. Who you will work with You will collaborate closely with several teams of the company such as MSLs, Area Leads, Market Access or RAM (Regional Area Manager) and also with key external stakeholders with the goal to identify the right patient profile for our therapeutic options. What you will do Defining and driving the UCB activities on your territory and coordinating with the local field team composed by yourself, MSL and Field Access Partner Implement and deliver solutions to the relevant ecosystem/stakeholders Collect and share insights from the ecosystem, proposing proactively possible solutions to be implemented in the ecosystem To enhance access to UCB products, collaborate with non-clinical stakeholders within targeted accounts. Be responsible for updating and filling, timely and in proper manner, Orbit platform for reporting purposes Building relationships with the health care professionals and health care structures for the activity of Pharmaceutical Scientific Information Being responsible of the activity plan execution in the own territory accounts in respect of the laws, the ethics and compliance governing the pharma professionals Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills Bachelor's degree English, good level in reading, speaking, writing and understanding A minimum of 3 years of experience in dermatology, specializing in biologic drugs. Recognize and assess opportunities and challenges within the medical, scientific and therapeutic domains while proposing suitable improvements Actively takes responsibility for patient solution development and implementation Analyze changes and trends in health ecosystems, policy and legislation identify new developments that optimize patient access Take into account the impact on and alignment with the organization when setting goals, making decisions and organizing activities. Use knowledge of the drug life cycle to inform decision-making Understand the internal organization and communicate effectively across the internal matrix and strives to understand alternative perspectives Understand the need for patient insights in engagement with regards to the patient journey including unmet needs and preferences Manage available resources and processes needed to secure them and consider patient value when making resource decisions Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in dynamic and evolving environments Possess exceptional listening and communication skills Maintain a strong focus on achieving targets and objectives Exhibit a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problems Are you ready to 'go beyond' to create value and make your mark for patients?
