To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a Country L&D Expert for our site in Verona. The selected candidate will serve as the key point of reference for Learning & Development, dedicated to creating experiences that generate value and engagement. Main Responsibilities Support the HRBPs in the collection and analysis of training needs to identify critical business competencies and design targeted programs and training plans. Support the standardization of training, development plans, and onboarding processes at the country level, including their associated digital tools and databases. Design and implements funded trainings plans with external providers and internal stakeholders Develop and promote leadership enhancement initiatives, including mentoring and coaching programs. Promote change management, implementing a tailored Development Program for the Leadership Team Collaborate with HRBPs and the Talent Acquisition team on special projects and assessments. Drive engagement through Employer Branding initiatives aimed at the internal community. Manage existing training and development partners and identify new potential providers. Identify and monitor qualitative and quantitative Learning & Development KPIs at a Country Level, ensuring accurate impact measurement and reporting (KPIs, ROI, Feedback). Translate global guidelines into effective local development plans. Requirements Previous experience in Talent Development or Learning & Development. Strong ability to design and manage complex training programs. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Knowledge of learning platforms and assessment tools.
