The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a Welcome Services Coordinator , based at The Mall Firenze (FI), Italy, and reporting to the Customer Experience Manager. Supervise daily operations and provide feedback to every member of the team, in order to deliver an excellent customer service Manage planning, shifts and holidays of the Welcome Lounge team Manage staff uniforms and IT equipment Contribute to the enhancement of the services already available and promote the development of new ones in order to enrich the customer experience Act as the touch-point for clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets, welcoming them and acting as personal shopper on request Track individual travelers and groups, using The Mall Luxury Outlets digital tools Ensure that client requests received via email and phone are promptly followed up, liaising with Tourism Marketing Team Liaise with TMLO partners to ensure the best services standards are met Promote and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, contributing to the storytelling of merchandising and tracking sales and client feedback Contribute to the development of The Mall Luxury Outlets loyalty program, engaging clients in subscription and points accumulation, and managing rewards redemption Passionate about luxury hospitality An organized, yet flexible multi-tasking person A team leader with at least 4 years of guest services experience, preferably in a luxury environment, capable of managing a big team A professional with proven relational skills A fluent English and Italian speaker
